U subotu 26.01.2019. u prostorijama Saveza, održao se prvi sastanak sa partnerima, Kick Off Meeting. Na sastanku su sudjelovali predstavnici partnera iz Austrije i Poljske, kao i suradnici iz Hrvatske. Cilj prvog sastanka je bio upoznati partnere i njihove organizacije, predstaviti im Managment plan i objasniti njihove zadaće na projektu. Nakon uspješne organizacije, sljedeći sastanak je u Poljskoj, u ožujku 22.03.-24.03.2019.
